Using workplace benefit vouchers

Etusivu » In English » Using workplace benefit vouchers

Pirkan opisto accepts the following workplace benefit vouchers as a form of payment:

  • Smartum, Tyky and Virike paper vouchers
  • Electronic ePassi voucher
  • Electronic SmartumPay voucher

How and when can you pay for your course with workplace benefit vouchers?

If you wish to pay for a course by using an electronic SmartumPay or ePassi voucher offered by your employer, do not pay the course fee immediately in connection with your online registration.

You will receive a payment link via email roughly 1–2 months from your registration.

You may use your workplace benefit vouchers to pay for the course up until the due date specified in the payment link. After the due date, you may no longer use culture and sports vouchers to pay for the course.

If you wish to pay for a course by using a Smartum, Tyky or Virike paper voucher, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

Pirkan opisto is not obligated to accept payments made in violation of the payment instructions. After the due date, unpaid course fees will be submitted to a debt collection agency. The collection of Pirkan opisto’s course fees is eligible for judicial enforcement.
