We observe principles of a safe space in all of our operations. Everyone is free to be who and how they are without becoming a target of discrimination or disruptive behaviour. We do not condone belittling, ridicule or discrimination in instructional situations or any other activities.
Each individual is responsible for their part in creating a respectful and open atmosphere for working and instruction situations – during courses, lessons, as well as meetings. Everyone must be able to feel safe in their physical, social and psychological environment.
We will address any disruptive or unpleasant behaviour in the appropriate manner. In this matter, we observe the instructions and guidelines of the City of Nokia.
